2022年初，阿省移民局在阿省省提名快速通道ABEE基础上，推出了针对IT行业人士特设的阿省ATP移民项目，叫加速技术通道（Accelerated Tech Pathway，简称APT），也可以称为ABEE Tech。与BC PNP Tech和安省科技移民一样，ABEE Tech类别是为了吸引有科技工作背景的申请人，从而推动阿省的科技和经济的发展。
阿省ATP项目背景
近年来，加拿大一边增加移民配额，一边技术移民政策越来越趋于务实。各级移民局在制定加拿大移民政策时把加拿大当地的实际人力需求作为重要参考因素。据报道，截止去年阿尔伯塔省有三千多家科技公司，阿省的科技行业自2012年以来增长了233%。然而，科技公司在招聘销售及技术人才方面仍然面临挑战。为了吸引全球最优秀和最聪明的人才到阿尔伯塔省工作与生活，阿省移民局推出了这种加速移民途径。
适合人群
- 申请人需持有阿省指定领域雇主的指定紧缺职业Job Offer；
- 具备快速通道EE入池条件，且CRS 300分以上。
阿省Tech移民项目优势
- 没有BC省、安省那么卷，满足快速通道CRS300分以上，就有可能收到省提名邀请；
- 像BC PNP在2022年底对评分标准做出改革，变相将申请人导向省内的偏远地区。但阿省加速技术通道对省内地区没有特别要求，不管是卡尔加里的雇主，还是偏远地区的雇主都做同一要求；
- 项目周期短，一年至一年半就可以拿到PR；
- 作为新项目，目前为止，阿省移民局并没有像BC省移民局或安省移民局那样，调整项目申请要求，该移民项目仍然处于政策宽松和快速审理期。
阿省加速技术通道申请要求
对申请人的要求
- 符合加拿大快速通道EE入池条件且已经注册3个月以上；
- 加拿大经验类移民CEC申请人需要满足
- 3年内至少1年加拿大境内工作经验；
- 工作职位属于NOC 0/A/B，即新版NOC TEER 0/1/2/3类；
- 满足语言要求：A类职业要求CLB7，B类职业要求CLB5；
- 没有加拿大工作经验的境外申请人需要满足
- FSW 联邦技术移民67分，可以使用顺景移民EE分数计算系统进行评估；
- 过去10年内有1年TEER 0/1/2/3类工作经验；
- 满足语言要求：CLB7；
- 加拿大经验类移民CEC申请人需要满足
- 加拿大快速通道分数 CRS 300分以上（含LMIA加分）；
- 当前在阿省全职带薪工作，或已经获得阿省全职带薪工作聘用书，且职位符合Accelerated Tech Pathway 职业列表（详情请看文末参考资料）；
- 快速通道申报的职业与Job offer岗位是同一个NOC代码；
- 有资金能力和意向在阿省定居。
雇主要求
- 雇主必须是以阿省为基地的指定科技行业企业，行业代码需要在阿省省提名的NAICS清单中（详情请看文末参考资料）；
- 合法注册，已经在阿省建立运营；
- 2024年阿省新政对对雇主的规模和担保额度有新要求，比如：
- 最近一个财政年度的年收入为40万加币以上，且至少雇用3名以上全职员工；
- 如果不满足上一条要求，雇主可以申请提名的人数有限制：
- 运营2年只能担保1人；
- 运营3年只能担保2人；
- 之后每增加一年，增加1人担保名额；
- 土著、市政、省级和联邦政府雇主无需满足收入和最低员工人数要求。
如何提高获邀可能性？
申请加分项
- 加拿大专上院校的毕业生；
- 直系亲属是居住在阿省的永久居民或公民；
- 第一语言是法语；
- LMIA劳动力市场影响评估加分。
申请减分项
- 快速通道个人资料即将在5个月内过期；
- 快速通道中申报的职业在阿省不合格职业列表中（详情请看文末参考资料）。

申请流程
- 第一步：申请人满足申请要求，获得Job offer和LMIA（尽量）；
- 第二步：注册快速通道EE账号，意向选择阿尔伯塔省；
- 第三步：另需在线填写Accelerated Tech Pathway form（填写共分六步，需要提供申请人在阿省的Job Offer相关信息以及快速通道中的个人资料）；
- 第四步：阿省移民局开始审理，如果申请人符合最低申请要求，AAIP将发送一封电子邮件，邀请申请人提交申请（最快1周）；
- 第五步：申请人正式提交阿省AAIP申请；
- 第六步：获得阿省省提名信（1-2个月）；
- 第七步：快速通道获得600分加分，通常会在下一轮EE邀请中获得邀请；
- 第八步：递交永久居留申请，获批PR（6-10个月）。
审理周期
约6个月。
