NB省提名计划
NB省提名计划（New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program，NBPNP）旨在吸引具有特定技能和经验的外国工人，以满足该省的劳动力市场需求。申请人可以通过NBPNP获得NB省提名信，并进一步向加拿大联邦移民局IRCC递交永居权申请。
NB省提名计划优势
- 多元移民通道：针对技术工人、讲法语的人、留学生、企业家，NB省提名都有对应的项目，适合有不同优势的申请人；
- 移民门槛移民：高中学历、英语CLB 4的技术工人都可以申请。同时，法语技术移民项目对法语的要求也比其他项目的要求低；
- 拥有备用选项：NB省是海洋省份之一，因此拥有NB省的工作经验以及雇主提供的工作机会，还可以申请大西洋移民项目；
- 就业安家支持：NB省每年有超过1.2万个工作机会，在医疗保健、教育、建筑、IT、农业都有劳动力缺口，生活成本也低。
移民项目
NB省提名计划的移民项目分为3类：技术工人类、雇主担保类、企业家移民。其中，技术工人项目有4个子类别，雇主担保和企业家移民类项目分别有1个。
- 技术工人类别（Skilled Worker Stream）：适用于拥有技能、教育和工作经验，可以为NB省的经济做出贡献的外国技术工人；
- NB省快速通道（Express Entry Stream）：适用于符合联邦快速通道入池条件，并与NB省有联系的申请人；
- 法语移民项目（Strategic Initiative Stream）：该类别适用于可以为NB省经济发展做出贡献的法语技术工人（NCLC 5以上）；
- 私立职业学院毕业生试点（Private Career College Graduate Pilot Program）：该类别适用于在NB省指定私立职业学院就读指定专业的应届毕业生；
- 关键工人试点（Critical Worker Pilot）：该类别适用于受雇于项目指定NB省雇主并获得永久全职带薪Offer的技术工人。
评分标准
NB省提名计划的以下移民项目需要提交意向书：技术工人类、NB省快速通道、法语项目、私立职业学院毕业生试点、关键工人试点、商业投资移民。除法语项目以外的技术移民项目使用同一个打分标准，法语项目、商业投资项目分别单独使用1个打分标准。技术移民及格分为60分，商业移民为65分。

- 总分 – 100分
技术移民申请流程
- 确认资格：申请人根据自身情况确认自己符合某一类别的申请条件；
- 入池获邀：通过INB门户递交意向书EOI入池，获得ITA；
- 申请获批：申请人在指定时间内递交完整的申请材料，获批后拿到省提名信；
- 申请PR：递交联邦永久居民身份申请，获批后获得PR。
商业移民申请流程
- 考察与准备：前期商业考察，准备商业计划；
- 入池获邀：提交意向书及1000-1500字经营理念，获邀后递交完整申请材料；
- 经营业务：申请工签，持工签在NB省创建并经营业务；
- 省提名申请：企业运营半年后，申请人向NB省递交省提名申请。
